About Boris

Studied at the Universidad Libre en Barranquilla, Colombia with his law degree. Boris is the Project Manager for Renova and oversees all of the projects for the company. Boris began doing small renovations & realized the market for these jobs and began to scale his work before founding Renova in early 2023.

Julian Barcelo

Consultant
Julian, co-founder of Renova Design, plays a crucial role in the development of Renova's progress. Julian advises on projects & consults on projects across the board. Julian Co-Founder of TBG at Coldwell Banker Realty, is a part of the #2 Team in the South Florida Region. Julian blends his knowledge of Real Estate brokering & home design to play a crucial role within Renova.

Daniel Nowogroder

Director of Operations
Studied at Universidad Externado de Colombia. Daniel oversees all projects from the beginning to the end, he manages & handles daily operations of the company working hand in hand with the team & contractors to ensure each project is on time & done correctly. Daniel, as well is in charge of the process of each project's paperwork, making sure all files, payments & permits are in order.

Monica Llanos

Client Relations
Studied at La Universidad Metropolitana. Monica is in charge of day-to-day activities as well as client outreach. She ensures all clients needs are met in the prep-work of the project & she connects clients to Renova Design via her database. Monica's end goal is to make sure the client is comfortable with Renova prior before commencing a project.
